Shipping: Once it leaves the shop, shipping times vary based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress from our hands to yours. Earth First: Making items on-demand reduces overproduction and waste, helping us Keep Bend Beautiful.

Because each item is custom-made for you, we don’t keep a "backstock" for traditional exchanges. However, we always take care of our tribe. ​ Damaged or Wrong Items: If your gear arrives with a trail scar (printing error or damage) or it’s not what you ordered, please reach out within 30 days. Send us a photo, and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you at no cost. Lost in the Woods: If your package is lost in transit, let us know as soon as the estimated delivery date passes. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down or replace it. Sizing & Buyer's Remorse: Since everything is made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size swaps or change of heart. We highly recommend checking our Sizing Charts on each product page to ensure the perfect fit for your next adventure.
